Wind and solar may be the future, but the distant future. They are not cost effective in much of the world. I'm not against development of alternative energy. However, fossil fuels will be carrying the weight for another hundred years. My belief is the subsidy of solar and ev is a complex money laundering scheme to reward donors to the politicians by taking their money in the billions, allowing them the rightoff, then giving it back to fund "clean energy" projects.
