Depending on a few different factors, stock has to be trading over 3 or 4.00 to uplist to NSDQ, not 2.00. Easy to Google the uplist requirements. Amex can be not much better than OTC. So no point there...im hoping CTIX is acquired midyear and never needs to uplist.
