I am starting to think that the spike in volume this week has to do with some form of partnership and the patent. If Elite was going to partner, the first step would to do BE studies to show the tech works. Most of us believe this has happened. It is very possible given the competitive landscape and the push for everyone to get into the ART game, the partnership was contingent on patent protection, something that Elite would have been able to communicate to such a partner right around the time we saw huge blocks get bought up. Just a thought...
