Before I say deal or no deal, can I hear the banker's offer first? 
I admire and respect your determination as well as Drano's. I would be happy to work together, although I don't see a scenario where I can win. If a partnership is announced, the stock and volume are going to soar. I'm sure Alan is going to say the naked shorts were forced to cover and that's why the stock and volume soared. What's telling to me is when he said he'll stop posting the #s after IPIX is uplisted. Naked shorting also exists on Nasdaq, so why stop? Here was my answer.

So far every official source I provided is discredited by saying the source is crooked. I honestly don't know what else I can do to change your mind if your argument is the SEC is crooked.
I did read the whole article. If Dilorio's theory is correct, I would think at least one company affected by naked shorting should've sued Knight by now for conspiracy with naked shorters because it's illegal in the US. I hope someone did or will so we can find out the truth.
