My belief is that everything is already done, including the price. NTEK is already sold. My experienced when we were bought out and then went private was just a dollar more to the sp when we were informed. Maybe it all depends on the buyer. I hope he considers future of the industry NTEK is in and its position. In addition I hope DF batted for us who stayed and lost so much as well. The question now is if they remain public or private. The new owner is foreign if I am not mistaken. So will it stay in the US. I think NTEK is now receiving instruction from the new owner. Like "we have been tasked". I think this survey is just to make us happy. Some did not receive the survey form. So how is that viable. All my opinion.
