I know it’s hard for people who held this for 4-5 years to accept, but at the end of the day DW is going to do what’s best for DW. He has a history of this.

If I was him, I would be doing the exact same. Bring in new money, cut bait with being public, build the business, then go public again once stabilization takes place.

If you were an investor bringing in millions, why the hell would they want to stay public and deal with the constant manipulation and whiny shareholders? They probably said “we will back you, but we need to pull a ‘dell’”. By the way, Dell is thriving now....
