SEC Ruling - Illegal Dealing In Aged Debt. Defendant Microcap Equity Group LLC ordered to surrender for cancellation its remaining shares of stock of, and surrender its remaining conversion rights. Affected stocks will be much thinner to upside - also explains nonsensical selling that has occurred in the past.
