While I now firmly believe a buyout is imminent, especially based on the follow-up probing questions I received from IR with respect to their asking me, "what would you consider a successful ROI" there is something a bit perplexing about how they created their brand-new website with an emphasis on investing in the company.

The brand-new NTEK corporate website is quite SH friendly and caters towards new shareholders with a investors relations section and most importantly they are touting what a great group of company divisions they have as a investment portfolio.

Again, I am in the camp we will see a buyout of some form announced prior to the SH meeting however a few things just don't add up.
