The buyout is north of .10 cents. but I agree not $3 or even $1. It is somewhere between .10+ ---.75. Please don't ask me why because I will not respond.
Also, please keep this in mind that the buyer will not use the revenue basis to make offer for this kind of technology. It is totally different criteria. That is why some may pay $100 M for this kind of technology. However, for matured business the revenue will be used to come up with offer.
