QVC..claiming slim margins is misleading. More like his product might be overpriced in QVC's eyes.
Generally whatever your cost is to make the product , QVC will sell the product at 4x cost unless you are trying to blowout closeout products.
I think Berman is saying that he refuses to sell his $200 - $250 product for $129 (4x his current cost) .
The bigger issue for ON4 is that QVC requires that they have the product in stock before they will sell units. Given capacity restraints that On4/Cogosense has they can't produce enough units in advance quickly enough (at this time) to supply OVC. Maybe by the same time next year those issues will be resolved.
