Apparently the Alpha board's October 18th land use approval was preliminary. According to the following Linkedin post by the Kokomo project architect today (Tuesday), this must be the FINAL approval. More announcements to follow??

This visionary project will also be an “alpha” in its own right – the first totally energy independent, carbon-neutral manufacturing facility in the US – using the sun’s energy to produce electricity with hydrogen storage (via all-US-manufactured equipment) for use at night. Its products will also be both fully sustainable – plant-based and 100% recyclable – and importantly, healthy!”
