Because the drinks are liquid and heavy, shipping costs are a big expense. The way to counter act that is to provide the drinks locally and in single can quantity's. This allows sales to people with less money at a reasonable cost. To offset the shipping cost a slight rise in per can cost is usual. The way this is achieved is a local distributor supplies the local stores. Now the task is to get the store owner to want to stock the products. Samples are distributed and if they like what they see they contact their distributor and get on his supply route.
