Wowzer- The retail shareholders do not have any voice on this. The offer is already made IMO. As I said the offer is north of .10 IMO. Remember who got the majority shares?? Retail or the mgt. If majority of shares own by retail. Then the answer is yes. If mgt owns the majority then we don't have a voice.
