Thanks. I think if they wanna go private they would not ask shareholders about price. Mgt will make that determination. Remember we are retail investors not big dogs in wall street. Does anyone remember ACTC which bought by Japanese company few years ago. Same thing. Actually I lost 20 percent on that one.
