Only reason I recommended a joint response is to make sure that those with heavy losses don’t get screwed.
If you have a lot of people who averaged down with millions of shares who are willing to turn them over for let’s say 15 cents a share, Management could in theory agree and decide to go private and make that their final offer.
I’ve averaged way down, and honestly if the price was right I would gladly turn over ever one of my 750K shares.
Obviously we are all in different boats, but I do know of at least 4-5 people with around a million shares who have a cost under .10. I also feel that for .20 cents every single one would sell out and walk away.
