Now many have asked how the acquisition will work with Network 1 (NTFL). I emailed the company awhile back (very responsive to shareholders) and here’s my understanding of this deal.

The deal was done using preferred shares and warrants. O/S will rise when the deal is completed, since they are using preferred shares & warrants. But those are restricted shares so no threat of dilution.
