*nukes are shown as 3X the cost of PV and I'd be surprised if the LCOE on nukes includes the unending environmental effects & blank-check costs of dealing with contamination, clean-up & sequestered waste storage in perpetuity. Same goes to a slightly lessor extent for coal, a dinosaur tech left over from the 18th century. With its' strip mining, polluted waterways, underground fires & the lingering effects of black lung disease & cadmium discharged into the air, coal is certainly no friend of man, child, beast or Mother Nature either.
