It seems the clock stops with the lawsuit. It is almost one week past when the OTC might have penalized QMC for not timely reporting the 10Q / 10K. It seems that QMC gave the powers that be valid reason for not reporting. That is good enough for me.
You cannot blame QMC management for holding their cards close against a predatory lender in a lawsuit. I cannot believe real QMC shareholders would prefer disclosure and defeat in a lawsuit, when reporting could give an advantage to the predatory lender.
Did Squires break a promise? Not of his own free will. Obviously, he did not see the lawsuit that would delay filing. That evidently changed plans to file as expected.
