Fame and or a position of power seem to confer on some a sense of entitlement when it comes to their behavior with the opposite sex.
The real danger would be a continuation of such behavior without sanction.
Again, we're talking about people behaving like assholes and being, belatedly, called on it.
You really can't tell me that you're unable to distinguish between a 'pass' and a grab. Between misusing a position of power to retard or advance a career and afterhours consensual behavior.
It's like Mueller's investigation. If you didn't do anything wrong, you've got nothing to worry about.
