Sure there could be and the company explains who they could be in the 10-K. The company forecasts using $15.9M of Aspire between June 2017 and June 2018. That's 22M shares for the fiscal year at $0.70/share.
That's an average of ~90K shares per trading day. Now they've typically come in under estimates so lets cut the company provided estimate in half and call it ~45K shares per trading on average. Now, there's no guarentee that they are selling. They have not filed 5% ownership yet though so they have sold at least ~75% of what we have sold them up until now.
So yes, per company guidance, I would not be surprised to see a 40K sale from Aspire on a given day where they find a buyer.
Hopefully good results and a partnership changes this in the short term.
