OWCP has a team of scientist who have developed a "breakthrough" product that is in the process of finishing a clinical trial phase.
This scientific team knew what they had developed back in March, at the very latest.
Don't think they haven't tried the cream on themselves, family members and close friends who have skin disorders.
Very obvious to me that the company is acting exactly like I would expect them too if they had something HUGE on their hands.
