Sharp price movement today, if price closes at 8.5 cents or higher, it forms a sharp up reversal which could signal 10Q, 10K Report will be released after market close, if happens, share price will be sharply higher tomorrow at the opening bell. Its not a matter of "IF" the 10Q will be released, but "WHEN".

Fiscal Q1 Report (July-Sept) is significant, as it will report the company's first commercial sales revenue from QD sales to film partners and from Online QD sales.
