Do you think there's a decent chance Apple is in the next batch of infringers? I expect the next batch to be filed Q2 or Q3, as they wrap up the current ones. Initially SFOR said they'd be waiting for the original 3 to wrap up before filing more but they didn't wait once R&G was on-board.
