You're right of course. SFOR is a long term (one year) investment. I have patient capital invested here. I also perfectly understand if this does not meet more active traders' timeframe. Jesse Livermore's advice "I made my most money doing nothing (not actively trading)" makes emient sense to me not to them. To each their own.
