Perhaps on settlements, but we do have a Markman hearing coming up and I believe with MSFT that was about when they gave in. The deals though such as Mcafee potentially could be announced sooner especially if ACS or SFOR gets paid before year end. Could be a material event worthy of press and/or 8K? So we have either new settlement or deal potential possibly?
