Looks like ROKU has a new look to it ....
Not only does it have a new look to it when you log in but it now has its own app channel called “The ROKU Channel” ..... When you log on it says ...

I was very impressed with the format and categories.... and the content as well
It has free movies and TV Shows ....
It had the movie .....”Short Circut” a comedy ... listed under the featured category but was highlighted as the weekend featured and presented by GEICO.
It also had a Family Night Category with 4 movies listed that was also sponsored by GEICO. The GEICO commercial were shown through the movies.
It does not state if any of its content was in 4K or HDR, but after watching a Classic... “West Side Story” from the Classic Category, I will tell you it was Definitely Remastered in 4K .... the quality was amazing.
This is what surprised and impressed me.... they would show 2 to 3 newly high end short commercials from well known companies that were shown several times throughout the movie.
This is what I’ve been saying all along what DF vision was all about. ITS ALL ABOUT COMMERCIAL REVENUES!!!!!
I did say in the past when everyone was saying we were watching the parade pass us..... by I said we weren’t.... But now seeing what ROKU has done I might have to think twice now. I was never afraid about NetFlix or Amazon.
I was hoping with ROKU in the limelight with their IPO maybe there was something there waiting for us.
I’m not sure what to think now.
All I can say I was very impressed with ROKU watching flawlessly the entire movie and commercials presented with Quality.
It’s very disturbing to me.
I hope DF you have several aces up you sleeve at the SHM
