McAfee aka TPG/Intel/Intel Security deal could be worth $200m ++ ( As Bo stated- Couple of hundred million dollar ). That will require selling just about only 1m licences to Mcafee, bundled MT&GiD @ about $20/unit instead of $40-$50/ unit.
