Would be interested in your view regarding whether the US exchanges will ever go to a T0 settlement system and a general time frame that you would expect if they indeed are interested in changing the system.

I am a terrible cynic in this regard as a few major powerful financial institutions are making so much money off the "legalized mischief" in this area that they will pay monster bucks to make sure Congress nor the federal oversight agencies will carry out this needed change. Money still talks loudest as those in charge don't care about what is right but rather are more concerned with padding their own pockets.
