There are people here who would like to see Telvue trade. Trading at this point is the buying or selling of 100 shares or more. Anything less than that appears not to have traded at all. There is always the option of starting to trade by buying 100 shares at ask and selling them at bid. Why would anyone do that. It's one way to get shares trading in order to try to start a fire sale. If someone bought 100 at $15.00 (which is the ask) and sold them at $4.00 (which is the bid) they would lose $1100.00. It would make the stock price $4.00 and some would run to sell even if they lost most of the money invested.

PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A STOCK THAT IS GOING DOWN. PEOPLE RUB TO SELL A STOCK THAT IS GOING DOWN.

Therefore it's a simple matter to control your mind by taking the share price down and buying your shares for chump  change. Conversely if someone bought 100 at the ask and held them it could start a run.
