If the settlement with Entrust was indeed a "wash" as so many people are describing, I have three questions:
why did the lawyers need an extension from the court to work out the deal?
in what context did Mark Kay mean we did "really well"?
wouldn't the equity partners in the law firms working on contingency be really, really mad that all those potentially billable hours came to nothing?
