there is so much more than immediate payouts at stake, so i think that perspective may not be the whole story. and whatever else, the risk of any countersuit is gone, the IPR/PTAB decision was in our favor, and major deals will be announced within weeks. so, i don’t think holding on thru thick and thin is a strategy open to any criticism whatsoever.
