Sales and revenue should bring OWCP's market cap to somewhere in the billion dollar range, practically at the time sales are first initiatyed. I believe it's been the uncertainty as to when sales would be initiated that weakened the stock price, but all that was lost, and then some, will be regained once sales are initiated, or even if there is an announcement specifying sales will be initiated in a specific country on a specific date.

I don't know the status of the Mediq effort in Germany, but perhaps they'll be the first to initiate sales, but clearly nothing was said about them in the latest update from the company. I do not believe we'll see sales before the company announces the results of the safety trial, which they stated would be first quarter. What's unclear is if no concerns are seen in the safety trial, could unrestricted sales be initiated immediately. Of course if their are any safety concerns, the product would need to be sold with notice of whatever cautions are needed in using the cream.

Frankly, I believe the company had significant experience with the cream to know that no significant safety issues would be found. An investor who visited the company was permitted to try it at the company, that's not something they'd do if they had any concern.
