I am not bashing anything. That is factual information for all to see. What they do with it is up to them. If as stated a name change is in the works then the investors should be made aware of it. By the way I am a huge investor in the company. I think all parties involved in this law suit should sit down and work out their differences. Its in the best interests of the shareholders.
