Grasshopper, I am told by court watchers who attended the March 2017 hearing, the first major hearing in front of Judge Boulware, that he admonished J&J as he threw out their Motion to Dismiss, that they were asking him to "just take their word for things" and he was disappointed that they provided only heresay from the first three cases in San Francisco --- and that he would put up with no further character attacks in his courtroom.

Believe it or not, J&J has acted throughout the last 7 years like they are posters on message boards, attacking DECN for its stock price and the DECN directors as pretenders. Reminds you of this morning's posts doesn't it? Imagine that, a Fortune 25 company employing stock flips.

I read the pleadings submitted by J&J since the March hearing, all according to a schedule set out by Judge Boulware, and frankly I found nothing new, except that J&J's expert contradicted the J&J party line and caused what little case defense J&J had to crater. In fact during J&J's latest filing from September 18, their expert's testimony is almost invisible.

IMO Judge Boulware is going to make J&J's New York hot shot lawyers fly out on December 7 and bitch slap them. At that point, even if AC143 or therealAC are running DECN, it will be (only) a matter of how much --- and DECN will not be counting backwards. $75 million is as good a figure as any.
