Rejected patents, of which 90% of issued patents have once been. Are pushed back in by the owners as CIPs (Continuation in Part). OWCP has a few of these on Track. It's just the process flow that allows for the most expeditious manner. CIPs move more Rapidly than initial Patent Requests... HOPE YOU ARE READY!
