IMO the more important point that will be taken away from this is that the filings are current--something very rare in penny stocks. IMO will be confidence booster in investment community for USGlobal.
Plus, they mentioned they are going to be putting out pro formas, IMO will be huge and further the confidence in the company and its commitment to communications and shareholders.
