It's not the reverse split is the issue for any company. It's the having a solid business plan, solid product, capital and execution that is the issue with most companies in that boat. People think it's the RS that does them in, but it's not.
I don't care if they uplist with a RS or not. I don't even care if they uplist, but I'm sure they do. I do care that they have the ducks in a row to sustain. If they don't, an RS or no RS will not matter. But I will bet dollars to donuts people will always worry about an RS when it's really only a symptom.
Wouldn't expect anyone to have a warm and fuzzy about the plan at this point since the plan has not been revealed. Only step 1 has been executed.
If I was the company, I wouldn't share the plan and just execute it. It will confuse the flippers to no end and the sp will slowly rise. The bashing will start shortly as the company starts to execute. There are people that have dedicated their lives around bashing and increasing their ER stress off the charts. Ironically MANF will help them one day.
