PTOI must be hard at work negotiating, negotiating, negotiating that MOU with the anonymous partner. Mr. Heddle must be really making sure all of the eyes are crossed and the T's are dotted before he and the joint venture partner sign off on a definitive agreement.
The latest deadline for the definitive agreement is the end of December...so maybe in early January we'll hear about the abandonment of effort on that front or hear that much more time and work is needed before PTOI can announce the complete failure to come to any agreement over the past five months, requiring yet another extension of the deadline in order to finalize the failure.
