, a distributor of Over-The-Top IPTV content to consumers in a bundled subscription format, today announced that it has signed a three-year license agreement with Oi2Go Media Technologies, Inc. , a subsidiary to Oi2 Media Corp , to provide a mobile subscription app focusing on streaming Latino content to the American market. This license is a follow-on agreement to the previously announced joint venture with Oi2 Media, a leading content and services provider to the audio and video marketplace in the U.S.
Under the terms of the license, Oi2Go will provide VIVA content, including its on-demand pay-per-view content library, subscription channels and network broadcasts, to its customer base under their own branded subscription app. The license runs through November 2020 .
