I think that is the general consensus of opinion! That is why we frequently see posts indicating that our legal teams should initiate an injunction! However I trust in and defer to both Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray as to their legal expertise and strategies! I believe they will "bring home the bacon" for all of us! LOL!
