Mark is very conservative. In my experience he has never strayed SEC guidelines and, if anything, is more conservative than most of his peers. I most certainly trust him, his team as well as his legal advisement team to be SEC compliant. With other ONGOING parallel litigations going on, I am thankful for their confidentiality. Especially so since we're awaiting for the announcement/commencement of the beginning of the round of new infringement lawsuits.
