Because that was a different case, at a different time, with a different agreement. There isn't one with this case because of THIS agreement and with these lawyers and with 6 other settlements still pending. We all get that you especially would like one but that doesn't mean its the smartest move. I'm gonna trust R&G on this one and at the same time I think all the evidence says that SFOR received settlement money.
