Dr Evil's reference to the Microsoft Settlement & 8K is totally irrelevant, especially since he is without any specific knowledge of the Entrust Settlement Agreement, its terms agreed to, and specifically the NDA.
Trying to compare the two is meaningless!

His effort to discredit Mark's management style is clearly evident, and his remarks reflect it! He believes he knows best, but Mark himself apparently doesn't agree, as reflected by his turning down Dr Evil's offer to become SFOR's Investor Relations person, all of which was reported to us by Evil himself!

So for now I think most of us will wait for and consider Mark's communications regarding further details on the Entrust Settlement, at a time & form in which he can share them! In the meantime Mark & his Team continue to take SFOR toward all of our goals, including additional settlements, signed contracts, revenues hitting our financials, and the ultimate goal of buyout! WE KNOW WHAT WE HOLD & RESPECT MARK - THE MAN WITH THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM!
