I think this is a very good sign. I have been following this suit since last Spring. I knew that if they dismissed it, it would be a sign that they settled or if they delayed it (as is the case here) then that would be a sign that they are continuing to have discussions. Certainly any deal that is done would involve addressing this suit, so I see this as a big positive.
