The problem is that the MRVB was supposed to have made over 200k by that time frame according to the live feeds. $1089 in total revenue comes nowhere close to that.
As for 50% in 6 months thats terrible. The MRVB was supposed to be for buying back shares. If they used 100% of that they would only be able to purchase 10 million shares of a stock with an O/S nearing 10 billion shares. So in the 3 year time frame of the supposed reconstruction the MRVB would only have funding to purchase 60 million shares at .0001. Thats the problem and thats what needs to be addressed.
As of today there is no proof the MRVB is even real
No proof of shares being bought. No Form 4's or SC-13d's filed for shares purchased
No 8k's filings for MRVB Revenue
No legal documents giving Si proxy over TPAC.
This is in noway knocking TPAC its asking for clarification of all the things Muse/S7/IR/James/SI spoon fed investors to get them to buy more shares. It looks more and more everyday like IR/SI is a fraud and there is no MRVB.
