If you look at time and sales 135 shares moved the pps .013. It's all up to the MM's and how they want to control the price. Otherwise why would 135 shares move the pps to a positive percentage above previous close. That sale was at 15:23 the next sale for 1500 shares was at 15:26, a near 3 min later. Then more volume kicked in 3 min after that. 10 min later 120 shares brought it back down to .0125 pps. Looks like the MM's are communicating...
