Yes it is unknown so you have to gauge it best you can.
My opinion is countersuit was without merit although I haven’t read it and nobody here has posted an analysis of it to my knowledge. Just my gut that the countersuit was bogus.
If it was indeed bogus then “very well” means we banked.
Here is the trade off you are facing:
If you knew with certainty that “we banked” then so would everyone else (barring inside info) and the SP would reflect that and you couldn’t buy at these bargain prices. Also the converse is true.
