Item 8.01 Other Events On November 10, 2017, the Company closed on its transaction to acquire the Series A Preferred shares held by a former officer of Amelot Holdings, Inc., symbol AMHD on the OTC Pinksheets. The transaction was funded on November 14, 2017. The Company is finalizing all Quarterly and Annual reports for the period 2015 through the present to be filed with OTC Markets within the next 7 business days. Upon acceptance by OTC Markets, Amelot Holdings, Inc. will be uplifted to "Current" status.
