I remember it well. Who ever purchases ACS will most likely be the one to puchase SFOR. If they are not done a the same time.
As nice as a buyout would be, even if it doesnt happen imediately, just the revs. created by the purchasing company (of ACS) to use SFOR's MF/OOBA patents should be very large.
I only say this because any company that purchases a small company for $100's of millions has big plants to recoup that expense.
