Looks like to me, at this time, you have been put on the "SR/IR Department list of shareholders having the right to attend." ... But I imagine they wait to some designated time closer to the actual SHM to validate the list and finalize it to complete the process ... possibly to ensure that you are still a valid shareholder (at a time that is closer to the meeting) and still have the right to attend ...

But we know that all requests must be in by January 14, 2018 ...
